Profit Sharing

| Every associate has the ability to help the company be more profitable. This means that when you are performing at your best, or suggesting a process improvement, you are making sure that we are maximizing our labor dollars, decreasing waste, and keeping down costs. Profit sharing payments to associates will be contingent on meeting the profit goals are established for the corporation and for each Business Group at the start of the year. Regular associates are eligible to participate in the profit sharing program.
